At Resetbuzz, we are committed to delivering a quality product and a great customer experience. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched.
Because Resetbuzz is a consumable product, all orders are strictly non-returnable.
1. Strict No-Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect product selection, personal preference, dissatisfaction with individual results, or any other reason unless a remedy is required under applicable law.
2. Damaged, Leaked or Broken Product
If your Resetbuzz product arrives damaged, leaked, broken, tampered with, or you receive an incorrect product, we will provide a replacement after verification.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Photos/videos of the outer packaging
- Shipping label
- Clear evidence of the reported issue
Our team will review the submitted evidence before approving a replacement.
Evidence Verification
Resetbuzz takes fraudulent claims seriously. Submitted photos/videos may be reviewed for authenticity and consistency with the reported issue.
AI-generated, digitally manipulated, edited, fabricated, or misleading photos/videos will not be accepted as valid evidence.
We may request additional photos/videos or information where required for verification. A replacement will only be approved after our team is satisfied that the reported issue is genuine.
3. Replacement, Not Return
For a verified damaged, leaked, broken, or incorrect product, Resetbuzz will provide a replacement product.
The original product does not need to be returned unless specifically requested by our team for investigation or quality-control purposes.
4. Other Genuine Product Issues — Resetbuzz Wallet Refund
If you experience any other genuine issue related to Resetbuzz that is not covered by the replacement situations above, please contact our customer support team.
After reviewing and verifying the issue, Resetbuzz may provide the eligible refund amount as Resetbuzz Wallet Credit.
Resetbuzz Wallet Credit
- Wallet credit will be issued after the claim has been reviewed and approved.
- The credit will be valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of issue.
- The wallet credit can be used to purchase any eligible product available on the Resetbuzz website during its validity period.
- Wallet credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person, except where required by applicable law.
- Any unused balance will expire after the stated validity period.
This wallet-credit remedy does not create a general right to return products or request a cash refund.
Where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
5. No Refund for Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds or wallet credit for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Ordering by mistake
- Personal preference
- Unused product remaining
- Failure to use the product as instructed
- Individual expectations or results that differ from the customer's expectations
6. Products Damaged After Delivery
Resetbuzz is not responsible for damage caused after successful delivery due to improper handling, improper storage, accidental damage, tampering, or other customer-caused damage, subject to applicable law.
7. Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from the product you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos/videos.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement with the correct product.

At Resetbuzz, we believe genuine customer issues should be handled fairly.
If something genuinely goes wrong, we will review it and provide an appropriate resolution — replacement or Resetbuzz Wallet Credit — based on the nature of the verified issue.
At the same time, our verification process helps protect our customers and Resetbuzz from fraudulent or manipulated claims.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
Where applicable law requires a return, replacement, refund or another remedy, those legal rights will prevail over this policy.

Resetbuzz reserves the right to modify this Return & Replacement Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date.
